Rice Methane

While the world moves away from animal products for food due to their large carbon footprint, I spend this whole video talking about the methane emissions from rice fields. Why? because it is funny. But also it allows me to highlight the unsustainable nature of animal food products and talk about the very interesting ways in which rice farming can be improved.
